Trying to shop for under $400.00 a Month

This is NOT an easy task. I'm a single mom of 2 boys and for some reason or other I can never seem to get that grocery bill down. I'm beyond frugal. Let me tell you. I live on a fixed income and socal is $$$$!!!! But With a bit of work I think I can do this. As I do this follow me see if you can find the deals with me.
