My love affair with "Group deals" or "social Buying" is a new one, and my sample sale sites are in the same boat. Due to unforeseen circumstances ( Old Man getting orders and we had to move away from all my awesome California stores!) I turned to the Internet and found AMAZING ways to get my shopping fix at the sample sale prices I love.

The Internet has completely changed the way I shop. I can now get awesome high end products, for fraction of the prices all on my computer!

Lets start with group buying sites.

A company has a product, they want to promote! What is an awesome way to drive business to new customers? DISCOUNTS!

Companies get together with group sites (example Jasmere, Groupon, Eversave and many many more) and offer gift cards or "vouchers" for the product and a discounted price.

They may offer $40.00 gift card/voucher for $20.00.

When you buy the voucher at the group site, you can then use it as a regular gift card. You now take $40.00 off your order at the products web page or store!

Yes, you only paid $20.00 for the gift card, but you get the full $40.00 amount!

Things to note about group deals.

1st. Online or in store?

Always check if the voucher is good on line or in store only

2nd check shipping

If free shipping is included, that's a no brainer! Great deal!

If shipping is NOT included be sure to figure in the cost of shipping if this is not a product you really want!

3rd Check the expiration date

I buy group deal sites and put them away, like Christmas gifts! Always check when the expiration date on these vouchers is good for. Most are good up to a year but there are always exceptions!

Sample Sale sites

I LOVE sample sales. I love the high quality products and I LOVE the prices! I believe in buying something ONCE!
